The Master III model of wheel copying lathes are manufactured with a smoothing system for automotive wheels that do not wear out the wheel material. They have an 8 ton hydraulic system. which provides greater speed, precision and efficiency in the work.
Using a creep system, the Copiador Master III lathe aligns the wheel hub (warped center). Exclusive to Imperialmack copying lathes;
It has an XY table for fine finishing machining, front / back mill (front and rear bead) without the need to remove the wheel from the lathe, ensuring perfect symmetry between the wheel beads and the tire seat;
Automatically copies wheel profiles up to 100 mm deep, including high edges/splints, curved profiles, up to 90 degrees;
Diamond automatically with factory original CNC quality;
Operates with rims from 13″ to 30″ inches;
Aiming at better quality and safety in the wheel diamonding process, the Mack 13-30 Master III wheel copying lathe is equipped with a noise suppressor internally coupled to the wheel.
It has an automatic sprayer/lubricator system and diamond cooling, providing a better diamond finishing and greater diamond durability.
