Technical assistance

Procedure:

  1. Any and all complaints or requests must be informed and reported EXCLUSIVELY through the following service channels: 1)  E-mail: contato@en.imperialmack.com.br ou 2) Whatsapp: (11) 995735-5877 ou (11) 957355878.
  2. All repairs, revisions and/or maintenance will be carried out EXCLUSIVELY at our factory located in Bragança Paulista – SP located at Rua Bertrando Moinari, n. 207, Bairro Matadouro, CEP: 12.910350, and the part(s) or equipment(s) must be forwarded by the customer.
  3. Shipping and return of the part(s) or equipment(s) is FOB (at own expense).
  4. The period for maintenance is up to 30 days from the date of arrival/entry of the item in our factory, not from the date of shipment, as it can occur from anywhere in the country, by carriers or couriers, whose deadlines for transfers are beyond the control and knowledge of the manufacturer. ART. 18 OF LAW No. 8.078/90

guarantee

IMPERIALMACK Eng. Ind. and Com. Ltda. guarantees its wheel lathes against defects in materials, under normal conditions of use and maintenance, for a period of 12 months from the date of equipment acquisition, as identified in the purchase invoice. Accessories, devices, motors, or replaced parts will be covered by the warranty for the remaining period of the original warranty.

Warranty Conditions

IMPERIALMACK assumes no obligation or responsibility for additions or modifications to this warranty, unless made in writing on an official basis. IMPERIALMACK will not be liable in any way for any accessory not supplied by it, attached to, or used with its wheel lathes. Such accessories are excluded from the warranty, and IMPERIALMACK will not be responsible for any damage caused to the product as a result of their use.

Excluded Items from the Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

(a) Defects or damages resulting from abnormal use by the customer of the equipment, other than wheel straightening, fine machining (finishing), and diamond cutting of wheels from 13 to 30 inches;

(b) Any modifications implemented on the wheel lathes, except those implemented by the factory;

(c) Defects or damages resulting from testing, installation, alteration, modification of any kind on the product;

(d) Breakage or damages that were not identified at the time of acquisition or return from maintenance;

(e) Equipment with the serial number removed or altered;

(f) Defects and damages resulting from the use of non-original Imperialmack components or accessories;

(g) Defects and damages caused by natural agents (flood, salt air, lightning, and others).

Parts Replacement

Imperial Mack offers total replacement of parts for all its customers, the customer just needs to contact us by our telephones or e-mail, requesting the desired part, which is sent by Mail or Carrier according to the volume and weight of the part, whose costs are borne by the customer.
